Electrical energy transmitted to the data center via underground cables from the medium voltage energy line, independent of the city grid, reaches the UPSs through a non-shared and physically protected transformer.
In case of grid power cuts, redundant diesel generators located in the specially ventilated underground floor produce energy. The redundant generator system runs the generators sequentially in 8-hour time slots during power outages that may last long and prevents possible failure situations. The electrical energy produced by the generator is monitored in the computer environment and the decision to switch to the other generator is given automatically.
The redundant UPS system monitors and filters all loads online against grid-generator transitions or any fluctuations that may occur in grid energy. In the UPS system designed as 1 more than the capacity requirement, the load is transferred uninterruptedly in case of a failure in any of the UPSs. If requested, A-B energy facility is provided through 2 completely independent UPS systems (ABB, Huawei).
Monitoring is carried out with security cameras located at every point of the building specially designed for data center needs, and these images are recorded.
All entrances and exits from the entrance and reception point are provided with magnetic security cards, unauthorized entrances and exits are prevented, and entries to noc, data center and office sections are recorded according to 27001 standards.
The building is monitored with smoke and gas detectors placed throughout the building. Fire extinguishing vehicles are placed for emergency situations in areas outside the datacenter area, and there are emergency buttons in the building other than detectors.
In case of a fire that may occur in the data center, the system is protected with FM-200 gas fire suppression system, and the fire can be extinguished in seconds without any damage to the hardware inside.
Redundant fiber lines reaching the data center from underground are physically protected and interior transition points are monitored with security cameras.
Fiber lines terminating on Juniper brand network devices reach the network, the design of which was prepared jointly with Juniper. In the data center network structure designed as Layer 3, all ports are separated as v-lan. All customer networks are isolated from each other, usage is monitored instantly through the management panel, and warnings are sent in case of pending usage situations with warning systems.
As a firewall system, protection against DDOS attacks can be provided with the highest level of capacity provided in Turkey. In addition, with the foreign firewall system, traffic coming from abroad is primarily checked abroad and harmful packets are stopped before entering the country.
There are direct peering connections with Vodafone and Turkcell in addition to Türk Telekom access through 4 separate interfaces and 2 separate physical routes.
Internal network performance has been made perfect with network cabling made with Cat6-UTP HF cables. Textile ties are used in the connection of all fiber and copper cable bundles to prevent possible damage to cables.
Network traffic and servers in the data center are monitored by technical personnel 7/24, and in case of any failure in the servers, first intervention is carried out by the technical team in accordance with customer requests. Through the Plus management panel, RDNS, operator-based access restrictions, firewall logs are accessible and manageable in real time.
