DGN Teknoloji serves with two separate data centers, ISO 27001 and ISO9001 certified, in its Bursa-based building, meeting international data security and process management standards. In the data center area named DGN PLUS, there is the possibility of server hosting with co-location server hosting, dedicated rental server, cabinet rental and "Secure Cage" services.

In our DGN SELF data center, special cage areas reserved for customers in the desired square meters according to the "Secure Cage" system and rentable office areas for technical personnel can be served.

Shared Cabinet

Customers with hosting needs of 5U or less can rent shared full cabinets with the same security features as independent cabinets.

Rental Cabinet

For our customers with variable network requirements or number of servers to be hosted, needs can be met with 42U full cabinet rental service.

Rental Server

It is possible to receive service with high quality and high performance servers with our 7 days 24 hours technical support without the need for hardware investment.

Secure Cage

It is possible to receive service with the pay-as-you-use method, separated by wire cage system. Ideal solution for those who want to benefit from DGN Teknoloji technical facilities and high network capacity instead of building a data center from scratch.

Network/Firewall

  • Redundant fiber optic cables reaching the data center from underground are physically protected and interior transition points are monitored with security cameras.
  • Fiber lines terminating on Juniper brand network devices reach the network, the design of which was prepared jointly with Juniper. In the data center network structure designed as Layer3, customer networks are isolated from each other, usage is monitored instantly through the management panel, and warnings are sent in case of pending usage situations with warning systems.
  • The entire network is designed to automatically pull IP access to the protection layer in case of unexpected traffic (DDoS) situations. Traffic originating from abroad is transferred to Turkey by our 1TBps capacity NODE located abroad.
  • Direct peering has been established with major traffic sources such as Microsoft, Cloudflare, Google, and Amazon, allowing traffic to be carried over the shortest route and the source of traffic can be separated.
  • As a firewall system, protection against DDoS attacks can be provided with the highest level of capacity available in Turkey. In addition, with the foreign firewall system, traffic coming from abroad is primarily checked abroad and harmful packets are stopped before entering the country.
  • Through 3 separate physical routes, access is provided point-to-point with our NODEs in different locations in Turkey and the world, using Türk Telekom access as well as Vodafone and Turkcell networks.
  • Network traffic and servers in the data center are monitored by technical personnel 7/24, and in case of any failure in the servers, first intervention is carried out by the technical team in accordance with customer requests. Through the Plus management panel, RDNS, operator-based access restrictions, firewall logs are accessible and manageable in real time.

Point-to-point access is provided through redundant operators with our NODEs in domestic and international locations. Access can be provided with low latency through local internet service providers with whom we peer.

Energy Infrastructure

  • Electrical energy transmitted to the data center via underground cables from the medium voltage energy line, independent of the city grid, reaches the UPSs through a non-shared and physically protected transformer.
  • In case of grid power cuts, redundant diesel generators located in the specially ventilated underground floor produce energy. The redundant generator system runs the generators sequentially in 8-hour time slots during power outages that may last long and prevents possible failure situations. The electrical energy produced by the generator is monitored in the computer environment and the decision to switch to the other generator is given automatically.
  • The redundant UPS system monitors and filters all loads online against grid-generator transitions or any fluctuations that may occur in grid energy. In the UPS system designed as 1 more than the capacity requirement, the load is transferred uninterruptedly in case of a failure in any of the UPSs. If requested, A-B energy facility is provided through 2 completely independent UPS systems (ABB, Huawei).

Physical Security

  • Monitoring is carried out with security cameras located at every point of the building specially designed for data center needs, and these images are recorded.
  • All entrances and exits from the entrance and reception point are provided with magnetic security cards, unauthorized entrances and exits are prevented, and entries to noc, data center and office sections are recorded according to 27001 standards.
  • The building is monitored with smoke and gas detectors placed throughout the building. Fire extinguishing vehicles are placed for emergency situations in areas outside the datacenter area, and there are emergency buttons in the building other than detectors.
  • In case of a fire that may occur in the data center, the system is protected with FM-200 gas fire suppression system, and the fire can be extinguished in seconds without any damage to the hardware inside.
